Best way to maximize rewards on Birthday?

So i found SEVERAL website full of free and discounted meals and stuff for your birthday. I figure since my birthday is now 5 days away, i would ask you guys.

Any suggestions for maximizing the rewards you can get from stores and restaurants on your birthday? I'm trying to avoid paying anything and since my birthday this year is on a Tuesday, most people will be at work, so i'll be doing a lot of my eating alone.
