I applied for Teleperformance's Customer Care Representative role in January and got called to do a Zoom interview -- what is it like working for them?

I wouldn't mind transitioning to a strictly work from home job. I currently am working an in-person full time job that I genuinely don't enjoy. I've done customer service for years. The reason I'm interested is that it gets my foot in the door for remote work and I think it'd be easier on me to not have to travel to and from my workplace every day.

Has anyone worked in this role for Teleperformance? I see a lot of stuff online about them, both good and bad, and it seems like the general consensus is that it's an easy way to get into remote work. As of now I'm unsure of the pay or the hours, just that it's full time. I'm curious about what it's like working for them in a remote capacity.

I'm also wondering how safe this type of job is. For example, in my current role I know I have a job as long as I don't mess up. I'm good for 40 hours a week, safe money, and I'm not concerned about consistency. Can anyone speak to working in a remote job long term? Is it safe or is it something where you may not be employed in 9 months
