Sign up/community surveys are such a scam, is there any way to report them to Yoursurvey ?

I'm talking about surveys that ask you to join community, many times they just take my details/phone number then screen me out at 99% after I press submit, then 5 min later I get a an email saying " welcome to our community" which is a red flag... Why send me an email saying welcome to our community when you just screened me out 5 mins ago ? I don't know if it's from Yoursurvey end or the provider end but this is so scammy.
