what to do, sugestions

i submited a reward claim to a web site yesterday and they sent me an email saying my reward had been processed, however it had not. they have answered my ticket 2 times and simply said your reward has been processed.

they do not seem to grasp the fact i never got it, paypal says they need a transaction number to do anything, ive asked them multiple times for the transaction number but i always get a scripted reply saying," it sometimes takes a minute to show up please re check your paypal.

i understand its the weekend, but it is not settling that they do not seem to be reading my whole emails.

the company is well established i know they are legitimate. this is just my first customer experience with there support. prize rebel is the company, has anyone used there support before?
