Anyone having login problems

I’ve been having login problems for about 4 days now, I contacted support I told them I forgot my password I tried to send a link to get my password reset, the link never comes they say my account is active and able to collect Swagbucks, I’ve been talking to support for days now with no resolution in site, yesterday support ask me is there and another email address I can use to put on my account I’ve given them that and I’m waiting for them to respond now anyone else had this issue before thanks
