Today I lost my job.

So, today, I lost my job. I received the news when I am awaiting my Covid test results for a flight home to visit my father who has not been well recently. It seems to be had news after bad news, maybe it’s just me.

I’m unsure what to do, I would like to work online but I’m in EU and most of the jobs I see are for the US.

I have experience in customer support, some finance, some IT (have decent IT knowledge) and decent soft skills.

Online teaching doesn’t work as I can’t seem to get enough to live on from that when I tried, it’s just not enough to live on. I would work for $15 an hour if it was guaranteed pay but it’s just too inconsistent. Plus, I don’t have a degree so I don’t get a chance at most of the bigger companies.

Can any of you suggest/help me? I’m completely at the end of my tether with everything and need to support myself somehow.
