Often, I can use just a fraction of normal amounts to get the full effect that I need. I've been very inefficient in the past.
Example 1: using 1/2 of a paper towel. Many paper towels now have vertical perforations on the half-way point to make it even easier to just tear off half of it.
Example 2: using half as many eggs, but more chopped greens, to make my omelettes for my family. I need to cut down my cholesterol and trips to the grocery store, so it's a good solution.
How have you been able to reduce consumption, but get the same or better result?
