Requesting basic car insurance advice?

I could use some advice for saving money on buying the most basic car insurance required for my car. I'm 35-45 years old, currently with $0 income, I live in the farmlands of Clackamas county, Oregon, US, and drive a 1988 Civic.

I think it should be possible to get insurance for under $200, "paid in full," for 6 months in advance (or something like $30-35/mo). Does anyone have pro tips? What's my best insurer option?
