Tip: Moving to another country

I recently moved from NYC to near Mexico City. My cost of living has gone down by over 10x. Seriously. Not only am I saving more money, but learning from the local people about non-US lifestyle has given me so much more perspective about my luxurious life I had in the states. Getting out of your own little bubble and seeing the world can really change the way you see money and your needs.
