Surgery Junkie Point Redemption

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me out with the situation I have with Survey Junkie. I’m new to this whole survey thing, but I have gotten 1000 points on Survey Junkie. When I tried to cash out, I got set up a phone number for them to talk to me. I accidentally missed the call, so I tried to submit a ticket for them to help me. Their response just stated to look in my ‘My Points’ section and request another call, but I don’t see anything!! If anyone knows what to do from here, please tell me!
