Flat screen deals?

I am currently looking for something that is for our workplace, along the lines of 50" or bigger, something for a conference room and we are looking to get it as cheap/inexpensive as possible.

I need something to project my laptop onto instead of a projector. We currently have an old projector and my team is looking to upgrade to a flat screen tv, something big enough for a medium size conference room.

Are there any places that i could look, instead of the obvious, for this?
