Swagbucks survey scam - 1 hour long survey completed, 250 SB + 250 bonus - didn't pay up.

I just completed a one hour survey where I had to view and constantly rate/review and then answer questions on an upcoming popular TV series. Took me around an hour to complete, completed in full. After completion, Swagbucks said I wasn't a match, here's 3 SB, and then instead instantly and automatically credited me with a disqualification of 60 SB.

Where's my 250+250 bonus SB? This feels like a scam.
