Magic receipts when using Instacart

I'm new to this and apologize if this has been asked before but I couldn't find an answer. How do I submit a receipt without being able to take pic of a paper one. All my receipts are emailed to because I have to do all my shopping thru Instacart due to stroke. I don't see an option to upload a screenshot. Thanks
