Swagbucks asks for verification and still doesn't pend

i have my ID verified and i'm Sapphire

and i verify over text when i click the clockmaker offer

i hit stage 5 and no pending even for the 25 sb??

i get the economy is rough and swagbucks is trying to maybe use the " oops i guess it didn't pend cuz blah blah"

how about instead of a "swag up" or "this is your last COURTESY credit" you just automatically track and pend especially for long term users

90% of the offers are impossible free to play and many are undoable with paying too

I've heard contacting the BBB can work sometimes

if i get the run around with the future ticket i'll need then i'll look into BBB

why even add an early 25 sb level to confirm the offer is tracking IF YOU WON'T even track 25 cents?
