Appen project termination?

This is weird, appen does terminate someone without any notice or warning they just terminate someone instantly. What weird is I have a high quality rating 90+ accuracy and yet the project is sending me extra hours? just before and after the termination notice? what's going on? The work itself send notice a few weeks ago that it is ok to get below the minimum requirement when there is no work and yet somehow im still out of the project? After that week the work queue came back and I did the minimum requirements for the job with higher accuracy.

Anyone got better alternative aside from TELUS international? Appen gave some pretty disturbing way how they handle taking out people off the project. Imagine they just send you email that you are just terminated because you did not meet "quality standard"?
