Is Neevo about to collapse?

Haven't been paid by them for any completed jobs since February. Support chat saying they are experiencing 'Issues with Payments' without going into any details. This seems odd since their payment system is remarkably simple. Given they are a start up dependent on outside funding I'm wondering if they have actually run out of funding and can't pay their workers. Has anyone here been paid by them recently? These guys owe me almost $600 for several different jobs.
