how would i get a car without any money?

have been working on my credit score for over a year now as a start it is excellent (750+). looked into car insurance too can get it for $2k. have some savings cause living at home but i dont want to use it all because i need some for college and an apartment but id need a car to get to college and run errands because uber/lyft isn't a long term solution and pretty sure it's about the same if not more expensive than owning a car if i want to go here and there. obviously, a loan would need to be taken out at some point.
