The Trouble with Swago

I am having one issue after another with the latest Swago board. The video square is not filling in. I log into Tada app and square is not filling in. I completed first and second goals and it's not filling in. I redeemed for a Gift card and that isn't filling in. Then to top it off Swagbucks banned me from asking on Facebook or submitting a ticket. So what should I do now if I have no way of contacting them?
