Diet restrictions. Need cheap healthy food snacks that are easy to take for lunch and for dinner.
No dairy, no red meats, no high season flavorings. Yeah, it sucks. Egg white are OK. No fish either unfortunately, and I love tuna.
Carbs are completely OK, high fats are not.
So far I have banana chips, Apple sauce unsweetened. Oatmeal ready packets Ready made rice packets like uncle bens.
I will buy rice cakes and celery I will buy grapes and apples although I hate them both.
I hate this diet, but I must... I'm so hungry...
Any suggestions for making burrito lunches, cold or microwavable? Frozen lunch/dinners that fit this?
I know there is not much to work with, any help is greatly appreciated.
