Phone Verification Issue

In order to redeem sb for a card i need to do phone number verification. Apparently my phone number is already in use by another account, which i don’t remember doing. Either way I can’t verify my account with my own phone number. is there any way around this or to disconnect my phone number? (P.S. i REALLY REALLY REALLY do not want to do postcard verification) thanks for the help!
