I have 1500 sb, enough to buy a visa gift card. Is there an activation fee?

I recently received 1500 points for completing coin masters level 10. I want to redeem my points for a $15 visa gift card, but my past experiences with visa gift cards usually require an activation fee. Will there be an activation fee if I get the visa gift card through Swagbucks?
