Coin Master at Level 10?

I downloaded the Coin Master app a few weeks ago for the Swagbucks offer, and at first it said that it would give credit at Level 7. However, I was very busy and didn’t get around to actually working on the offer until a few days ago. I managed to get to Level 7 today. I didn’t get the reward instantly, but out of curiosity I checked the offer again and now it’s gone up from Level 7 to Level 10. Does that mean I’ll have to play longer to get the reward? I’m confused.
