Billionaire Casino not giving credit

I played and beat Billionaire Casino, no pending sb. I beat it in the time frame, but I have heard nothing at all. I went to create a support ticket and the offer was not there under visited, so I deleted the app and clicked it again and still nothing. The offer shows there under visited now, but I can't create a support ticket until 2-7 days. Now it seems like every game I play nothing pops up under visited. I am about to complete Huuuuge Casino but I don't see anything mentioning it under visited either. What do I do? (I am on IOS btw if thats important at all.)
