Annotate Appen, how can I apply without any level?

Hi guys! I'm new at this so I apologize if this is dumb but I want to make sure that I'm not missing something.

I just completed the 'Welcome to Appen' task, so I'm level 0. To check the tasks that I may apply should I check on 'Show Potential Jobs' and wait until a task for level 0 is available? There are 3 jobs available but they are for Level 3 only
