Log in problems keep saying my email and password are incorrect, but they are not

I was trying to log in on my computer and it kept saying my password was incorrect (which it was not), So I reset the password and after you reset the password, you could click on go to dashboard. Then I go on my iPad and I never log out on my iPad and I am logged out. So I enter the email and password That I just reset and it says they are incorrect. So I reset it and click on go to dashboard. But anytime I open a new window Or browser I am logged out Again. Any idea what is going on? Has this ever happened to anyone else? It lets me earn once I reset my password and I have been earning on the ncrave app all day.
