I completed the King of Avalon game offer over a month ago, still no credit or word back from either Adgem or Swagbucks support. Should I contact both supports again?

No comments :

I completed this offer May 1st, didn't receive credit, and so contacted the Adgem support group with screenshots proving it was completed on May 1st. Never heard back from them, so about 15 days after that I contacted Swagbuck's support about the non responsive Adgem support about the missing credit. Still haven't heard back from Swagbucks, but got an email from Adgem that my ticket was closed because they supposedly never heard back from me the first time.. Which isn't true because I have the sent email sitting in my email box right now.
