Huge class action for Vehicle Owners/Lessees: You Could Get $100 or More if you bought or leased a new vehicle in the US any time from 1990-2019. Claims Deadline Set for June 18, 2020

There is a huge class action settlement coming down the pipeline. Generally, you may be included in one or more of the Settlement Classes if, at any time from 1990 to 2019, you: (1) bought or leased a qualifying new vehicle in the U.S. (not for resale), or (2) paid to replace one or more of the qualifying vehicle parts listed in the settlement (not for resale). In general, qualifying vehicles include new four-wheeled passenger automobiles, vans, sports utility vehicles, crossovers, and pickup trucks.
