Changes in Reward Amounts

I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up on the mobile app offers. Based on my most recent experience, the reward credits based on the current offer, not on when the app was downloaded.

I completed the Pop Slots offer but in the 6 days it took me, the reward amount had changed from 2000 SB to 500 SB. I submitted a ticket for the difference but it seemed like the details of the situation were just glossed over and I was being told I had been credited.

After exchanging messages five times, I had given up and thanked the support person for spending time on the ticket and explained how the situation felt a bit deceitful since I never would have invested my time into the offer for the reward I received. I was surprised to see that I was then issued a courtesy credit for the difference.
