Amazon Mechanical Turk

Did anybody else get an email from Amazon Payments saying they couldn’t confirm the identity information that you provided? They told me I could send them a question via email but when I did, they replied saying literally the same thing.

Is there any way to get around this? Just to be clear, I definitely used my real identity and all the information I submitted was accurate.
