$10k from Job Referral

So I just saw that someone I referred for a position must have gotten the job because I saw $10k hit my deposit and it was under the job referral category. So great, happy days to me. Now what do I do with that money? I currently own a travel trailer that I plan on living in full time and I am paying off my truck. I though about taking all that and applying it towards the truck payment but maybe it would be better to get a rental property? Any advice would be great!
