Have I been suspended from gold surveys?

I only had like 6 surveys in my gold survey area yesterday, and after checking today, I have 2. I contacted support, but I wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else, and if it's a permanent thing or just slow on surveys...

edit: I haven't received the message saying I provided inconsistent info, there's just literally no surveys on the answer page.
