What is a reputable site I can use to purchase a used cell phone?

I’ve been looking at refurbished phones and a lot are being reviewed as stolen. I’ve bought a phone off Craigslist in the past and did not have an issue and had a great phone, should I just do that again so I can have it in my hand before I make a purchase?
