What do you guys put into your Lionbridge timesheets when you're not sure about the result?

Today, my LBTimer screwed up so I had to check my history to find out when I did tasks. I just don't remember what TYPE of tasks they were. What do you guys do when you're in this situation? Or maybe I should specifically say IF you've been in this situation?

PS: LBTimer has been pretty good so far, it just seems that it's a bit funny when I close and open Chrome. I'm not sure why.
