Target REDcard Offer 400 SB

I don't know what offerwall this is on. I searched for target. You need to be approved for a target credit card OR debit card. I chose the debit card option. It is supposed to pend for 14 days. It did not show as pending for me. It took a day or two for target to make 2 deposits and withdraw them to verify my bank account. Took screenshot of approval screen on target site and of approval email. Since it didn't show as pending, I waited 15 days and submitted ticket. Included both screenshots and was credited within 1 hour of submission.
