How do I track my work time online ?

Howdy, So I've found a job on Appen and basically they mentionned something about tracking my work time and I have no idea how do I do it. Should I install an application or should I time it myself using something basic like a windows clock and then type the time I worked on my own ? But if I do that I could be scamming the company as well, no ? Or does the company track this on it's own ? If you have any experience or any information please share. Thanks in advance, Yaboixoxo
