Can Swagbucks be normally used in Poland?

I'm Polish and the country is quite small, I'm very pensive when it comes to internet and money, etc, etc... Can Swagbucks be used to earn zloty (Polish cash)? P.S. Sorry if that post might count as spam, but me and my family don't usually trust things like Swagbucks, yet it's very intriguing to me and I don't wanna waste time, but damn, I need dat Nintendo Eshop cash.
