Panicking! What went wrong with this?!?

I had been filling out surveys and doing swagbucks innocently. Today I just closed my account as I had around 1500 spam emails built up over 12 days, and also a company named OpenDoor had made something to do with PPI happen to my bank! I will admit I signed up with false information which is why I'm extremely scared for what is going to happen (in the UK). Why have my bank sent me this mail, I know it's from one of the offers of swagbucks, what caused this? How can I stop it? And how are they texting my number when it was a 1 digit false one and how can I stop all the spam from that too?!?!
