Leapforce Question Regarding Google+ Requirement

I would like to sign up for Leapforce but noticed all of the weird Google requirements they currently list in the description:

"Ideal candidates will be highly active users of Google's search engine and other products; use Google Play at least once per week; use Google+ more than once per month and have more than 11 people per circle and have a Gmail account with web history turned on."

Is this part necessary to be hired? I have a Gmail account but have never used Google+.

Is this the listing for the regular search engine evaluator job, or is this some new type of social media evaluator?
