Swagbucks Watch and Multiple Devices

I read up here and over in Beer Money about other users using multiple devices for the Swagbucks app. When I go to the Swagbucks Videos in the Swagbucks app on another Android device it still says I've hit the limit, I even tried the Swagbucks TV app and that still gave the same result. Can someone fill me in here? All my devices that I use Swagbucks on are Android devices and my laptop running Windows 10.
