I'm looking for an audio to text transcribing site - Pay doesn't have to be awesome - Paypal only pref (English only)

I'd really just like something I could jump straight into. I really have a nack for fast typing and understanding people despite any accents and such. Let me know your suggestions even if they don't fit my criteria on my topic title (just be sure to let me know in what ways they don't fit)
