Bing HRS toolbar crashing IE when working in UHRS

Does anyone else work with the HRS toolbar? I haven't been able to get technical support but I feel it conflicts with my Windows 8.1 IE11 system. IE11 defaults to the 64bit version and there doesn't seem to be away to change that. The HRS toolbar is 32 bit and IE is constantly crashing. I like my online job but this technical issue is making it hard for me to complete tasks. I am stumped. Anyone else had lucking making IE work more smoothly?
