Support Ticket Next Steps Suggestions? (Merge Kingdoms Adjustment + Bingo Blitz)

Like many others in this sub I was able to complete Merge Kingdoms but had issues with the offer amount changing midway through. I sent a response and provided proof similar to that of the people who mentioned getting their credit adjustment almost instantly. I heard back from a member of the support team 20 minutes later asking for a few items of proof, which I provided.

Roughly 24 hours later, I received this message: "Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand how important this issue is, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Unfortunately, based on the information available to us through this ticket and/or from our advertising partners, we were unable to validate the successful completion of this activity. Please know that these decisions are not made lightly, and we apologize for this inconvenience.
 
We recognize that this may be disappointing to hear. We do our best to ensure members receive the best experience possible on Swagbucks, however, there may be times when credit may not be awarded if we cannot confirm proper tracking or have not received sufficient information to validate a claim. If you have any additional information or documentation that might help us reassess this issue, please feel free to share it with us."

At this time I was a bit confused as everyone here seemed to have instant success but I sent a few more examples of proof and made sure to clarify that the offer's tracking was 100% successful and that the issue was with the offer amount changing.

Fast forward 10 days and I still do not have a response - even after asking for an update and confirmation that my case was being looked at. It seems to me something is still being looked at as every day the "Last Activity" column seems to be resetting every couple of days.

If I do not hear from them tomorrow...any suggestions on what I should/can do?

I have seen some past posts of people having success going to the BBB but I would rather use that as a last resort.

I also added Bingo Blitz to the title as I have been waiting roughly a week to get a response on that respective ticket.
