Impossible to submit a ticket through the ledger?
Extremely frustrated and don't know what I'm doing wrong. I want to submit a ticket for an offer I wasn't credited for. I'm trying to submit a ticket through the "visited" tab in my ledger like the website says, but clicking the envelope icon or the "contact customer support" link just opens a pop-up telling me to submit from my "posted" tab instead, but the activity obviously isn't there since they didn't give me credit for it. I tried to submit a ticket through the general category in the customer care section explaining the issue but I just received an automated response thanking me for my feedback and explaining this was an unmonitored mailbox. Can anyone assist?
