Chime sign up offer, how long to go pending?

Just signed up for Chime, wanting to do the direct deposit offer. So far it showed up as visited but not pending for the sign up offer. How long did it take for the sign up offer to go pending for anyone who's done the offer? Not the direct deposit part, just the sign up part? The fact it's not pending is making me worried it's not going to track...
