Is there a best time to redeem Swagbucks for max value?

Just curious if there is an optimal time to redeem Swagbucks? I heard that you get a special redemption bonus at a certain time of the month? Is that the “Sale up to 12% off” shown below some gift cards?

I know that because of the volatility of the platform it’s best to redeem asap, but technically when would return the most value per swag buck?
