Advice on remote cigna customer service position?

Hello, I am interested in an open position with Cigna’s remote customer service department and wanted to know if any of you have any advice or feedback on how it is working there? I saw on indeed it’s rated as 3.6 and it makes me wonder if it’s worth leaving where I currently am but the pay doesn’t seem too bad, but wondering if the pay is worth the experience. How was working at Cigna been for you? Is there a lot of stress, do you have support etc Would love and appreciate any advice!
