I cannot access my tickets anymore.

For the last week I haven’t been able to go into my tickets screen to view them. I flashes suspended user and just goes onto a loop. I can do surveys etc and all the other activities and still cash out. Scared to query it in case it escalates. Not sure what happened. I complained about a surgery that errored and Also about a lack of magic receipts in Canada.
