Is it possible to reach a human being at OneForma?

Seriously I have no other ideas. So far, I have attempted to use the "contact recruiting team" function under the My Jobs section, I used the contact form on the help page, I even emailed a project manager directly. Not a single person has gotten back to me. My message on the contact form even got an auto-reply saying "We are transferring your question to a Milky Way Project Recruiter, who will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can email the team here" and it listed their direct email address.

I even sent a message to that address. Got an automated reply saying that it can only receive messages from internal or approved senders. It's been about a month now since I've been trying to get this straightened out, and not a single person has responded to me. It is infuriating. I just need someone to fix my application status because I was automatically rejected after failing the exam the first time. I spent a few hours studying and taking both of the exams and passed both, but I'm still listed as rejected (you get three attempts on the exam).

Does anyone have any ideas or contacts? Even u/OneForma, their supposed liaison on Reddit, seems to have gone dark.
