Invalid Credentials on mobile, Incorrect email/password on PC. Help!!!

No idea what is going on. I left my laptop on overnight, woke up to being logged out. Trying to login again both on laptop and phone and get the error messages in the title. I claimed a PayPal giftcard and now have no idea how to access my account. Please help!

I tried making a new account with the same email address, and it says this email is already in use. So it's still in their sytem somewhere. I've cleared my cache, to no success. How do I log back in!!!
