Appen May invoice.

I just wanted to ask if other people also have the same issue as me. I already had 14 dollars worth of work from Crescent since first week of May. The strange thing is I still don't have an invoice for this month and I'm getting really concerned. I want to file a ticket but don't know how. If anyone can teach me how then I will be really grateful.
